SB votes 4-0 to remain 1 member down as they begin to set FY27 budget priorities. They decided not to appoint an interim 5th member as allowed by MA law to serve the next 7 months until May election. Matt Neely was an appointed interim member before being elected last May to 3yr term. SB appoints Dave Westall to fill remaining term of Bob Jones seat on Board of Registrars (Republican appointment) through March 31, 2028.
