Dr. Ahmat Kaikaus shares his perspective on the complexities of development & the skills needed to create solutions. He encourages CDE master students to "think differently." Dr. Kaikaus, a Bangladeshi national, is the World Bank Group Alternate Executive Director representing Bangladesh, Bhutan, India & Sri Lanka. He is a Williams CDE graduate.
